Whilst we invariably ask new clients to complete a detailed feedback form after the initial work has been completed we also periodically like to obtain feedback from existing clients. Our aim being to assist our ongoing efforts to ensure the quality of our services is meeting our clients requirements and expectations and, where necessary, to identify where improvements are needed.

It would be helpful to us therefore if you could spend a few minutes answering the questions below.

Are our services meeting your requirements and expectations ?
Are our reports, letters and emails clear and understandable ?
How satisfied are you with how promptly we respond to telephone calls, emails and letters ?
How well do you feel we understand, and respond to, your requirements, objectives & aims in our advice ?

How do you rate those professional firms (accountants, solicitors etc.) we refer you to for other matters (if relevant) ?

Which of the following, if any any, do you rate as being important in your relationship with us ?

Good technical knowledge
Having a named adviser responsible for your affairs
The firm being independent
Dealing with your matters promptly
Referral to external specialists where necessary
That we provide "financial planning" rather than a product sales based service

Would you recommend the firm to family, friends and colleagues ?
